PACIFIC DEFENCE
REPORTED AGREEMENT AUSTRALIAN, MALAYA & DUTCH INDIES. JOINT USE OF NAVAL & AIR BASES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK. July 2. It is reported here that Australia, the East Indies and Malaya have concluded an agreement for the defence of the Pacific. The agreement, it is believed, provides lor Hie joint use of naval and air bases in an emergency.
