VITAL STATISTICS
FIGURES FOR PAST QUARTER,
(“Times-A"ge” Special.)
The Registrar (Mr N. P. Williams) has supplied the following vital statistics for the quarter ended June 30: — Births, 12; deaths, 4; marriages, 3. Personal Items. Mrs M. A. Felling, High Street, is at present an inmate of the Masterton Hospital. Her many friends in the town and district will wish her .a speedy recovery. Lance-Corporal W. Oldham is at present spending sick leave in Eketahuna. He had the misfortune while returning from Suva to injure a leg on board ship, and as a result spent five weeks in the Auckland Hospital.
