NONCOMMITTAL STATEMENT i — CONSIDERATION OF AFRICAN QUESTION. BORROWING LIMIT ALMOST DOUBLED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright! (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) VICHY, June 6. A communique issued after the Cabinet sitting says the meeting was mainly concerned with questions affecting French Africa. General Weygand and M. Boisson. attended. A decree raises the limit to which the Government may borrow from the Bank of France for the costs o£ the German occupation to 108,000,000,000 francs, virtually double the limit fixed last year.
