GUARDED IN UNITED STATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 30. Fear of sabotage on Memorial Day resulted in military and civil guards being summoned overnight to watch defence plants from coast to coast, says an Association Press of America correspondent. Anti-aircraft guns were placed at Californian plane factories and also pursuit planes. The military authorities states that, these are tactical manoeuvres. The San Francisco and Los Angeles waterfronts were patrolled by extra guards.
