GOLF CLUB RESULTS OF MEDAL HANDICAP. (“Times-Age” Special.) The following were the best cards handed in after a medal handicap played last Saturday:—H. F. Harvey, score 78, handicap 5, total 73; F. P. Duffy, 90, 17, 73; W. G. Martin, 81, 6, 75; A. I. Charles, 86, 10, 76; J. T. L. Pike, 86, 19 76. ' Points scored in the Campbell Sievers Memorial Cup were:—H. F. Harvey 21, F. P. Duffy 2-1, W. G. Martin 1. In connection with the Martinborough Ladies’ Golf Club, the points in the McDougall Rose Bowl are:—Mrs Charles 3, Mrs Wall 2, Mrs Baker 1. \ Home Guard. The local Home Guard yesterday held a church parade, when a large number were present. The service was conducted by Padre F. e O. Ball.
