HOSPITAL MATRON
MISS M. F. BARNETT RESIGNS. APPOINTMENT TO WAR POSITION. Miss M. F. Barnett, matron of Masterton Hospital for the past two years, has received notice of her appointment to a war position in the Nursing Division of the Health Department, dealing with sick and wounded soldiers. In consequence of the appointment Miss Barnett has tendered her resignation as matron, to the Wairarapa Hospital Board.
