COUNTY ELECTIONS (“Times-Age” Special.) An election for nine councillors will be hold by the Featherston County Council on May 17, nominations closing on Monday, May 5. The ridings concerned arc Greytown, Featherston, Western Lake, Kahutara, Otaraia, Turanganui, Awhea, Pahaoa, and Martinborough. On Saturday, May 17, the Featherston County Council will hold an election for a member to represent the council on the Wairarapa Electric Power Board. Nominations will close on Monday, May 5. Throe members are to bo elected on Saturday, May 17. to represent the Featherston County Council on the Wairarapa Hospital Board. Nominations will close with the Returning Officer. Mr H. Hardinge, Martinbor* ough, on Monday, May 5.
