ATHENS UNDER MILITARY
CONTROL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) ATHENS. April 19. The Military Governor of Athens. General Christos Cavrakos, has issued the following proclamation: “I have assumed the duties of supreme military governor on orders from the Ministry of War. I recommend all to carry on their personal occupations, maintaining calm discipline and thus assisting in the maintenance of security and order. Assembly of groups is absolutely forbidden.”
