GOLF SEASON

TO BE OPENED ON SATURDAY. The Featherston Golf Club will open the season on Saturday afternoon, when a mixed foursome will be played. Personal Items. Mrs Charles, accompanied by her daughter. Mrs Louie, are the guests of Mrs McClellan, Thames. Mr and Mrs Moore. Mr and Mrs Whittaker, Mrs Doidge, Mrs Bcverill. Wellington, were Easter guests of Mrs McKenna, Pahautea. The Pahautea Hall Committee paid a surprise visit to the home of Mr and Mrs C. Bargh on Monday evening, and made a presentation to Miss Margaret Bargh, who will leave shortly to take up a position in Wellington. Week-end guests of Mrs Corlet, Pahautea, ’were Mr and Mrs Denby, Mr and Mrs Lawer, Misses Werne, Skinner, Richard and Grant, all of Wellington.
