The British Minister. Mr Nevile Butler, addressing the Congress of the Daughters of the American Revolution last night, said: “Britain's vital fight to keep her Atlantic sea lanes open to munitions from the United States is . now in its critical period. If the Ger--1 mans do not strangle us now. they ■ never will. The forces arrayed against ' them are growing stronger.”
