—• — ■» MR. MACDONALD’S POST. ASSISTANTS APPOINTED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.35 p.m.) RUGBY,'March 31. In connection with the appointment of Mr. Malcolm MacDonald as High Comissioner to Canada, it has been decided to establish temporarily at Ottawa a new post of Deputy High Commissioner, Sir Patrick Duff, Secretary to the Ministry of Works and Buildings, being selected to fill it. A director of Imperial Chemical Industries has been selected to fill the new post of Financial Adviser to the High Commissioner.
