A former Postmaster-General. Mr Farley, said on his return from South America today: "There’s no doubt that we have their 100 per cent co-operation so far as the hemisphere’s defence is concerned. They realise that their best interests lie with us. I am satisfied that the people of South America will follow the lead of President Roosevelt.”
