HOME GUARD

PARADE TOMORROW MORNING. TRAINING at mahunga golf LINKS. The A. and C. companies of the Masterton Home Guard battalion will parade at the Masterton dairy factory tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock, and will march to the Mahunga Golf Links for field training. All guardsmen possessing rifles are requested to bring them on parade. Tea and a bun will be available on the parade ground at a cost of fourpence, being supplied by a carnival queen committee. The district commander and the area commander will be on parade so a full attendance of members of the Home Guard is requested.
