There was a fair attendance and games, competitions, etc., were indulged in. The results were:— Darts. Miss Penny; croquet. Miss J Weber. Treasure hunt. Mrs. Donovan. This lady donated her prize for patriotic purposes.

A pleasing incident of the afternoon was the presentation of a long service badge to Mrs. A. Tyler, who also received a golden posy. She will celebrate Iter golden wedding' oft Monday next. It was decided to donate the sum of £2 to the soldiers' parcel fund.
