AIR FORCE QUEEN

AIR RAID SHELTER OPENING ON FRIDAY.

The public is advised that an Air Raid Shelter has been erected in front of the Midland Hotel. It will be used as the depot for all Air Force Queen activities in connection with the Queen Carnival. The depot is connected by telephone. No. 2338, and will open officially on Friday, February 7. Thereafter it will be open daily for receiving goods and each Friday will be used as a bring and buy shop. A notice board with all coming Air Force Queen activities will be on display at all times;
