ENDING THE WAR
ANOTHER BLITZKRIEG THREAT. VAPOURING BY GOEBBELS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) BERLIN, December 10. A new blitzkrieg against Britain was threatened by Dr Goebbels, speaking to foreign correspondents. He said: “I believe the war will end in a reasonably short time, with a lightning offensive against Britain far surpassing anything yet flung against her. Actually we already feel that we have won the w’ar and are therefore concentrating on the new order in Europe and economic and cultural relations with the rest of the world, particularly the Americas.”
