NEW BATTLESHIPS
REPORTED COMPLETION IN GERMANY. TWO SAID TO HAVE JOINED FLEET. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) ROME, December 10. A radio message states that GrandAdmiral Raeder inspected the battleships Bismarck and Von Tirpitz, which recently joined the German fleet. Two other battleships are nearing completion. They are armoured with special steel.
