CAMACHO INAUGURATED IN MEXICO SUPPORT FOR PAN-AMERICAN IDEALS. BUT COUNTRY TO BUILD ITS OWN NAVAL BASES. He pledged his adhesion to Pan-American ideals, but announced that Mexico would build her own naval bases, thus contributing to continental. defence and maintaining her dignity and sovereignty.
