ACTIVITIES IN UNITED STATES ALLEGATIONS BY CABINET MINISTER. RELATIONS WITH LATIN AMERICA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) NEW YORK, November 21. I am merely stating a significant fact.”
