CREYTOWN
TRUST LANDS TRUST MONTHLY MEETING LAST NIGHT. (“Times-Age” Special.) The monthly meeting of the Greytown Trust Lands Trustees was held last night, there being present: Messrs F. Dennes (chairman), W. H. Day, 'H. G. Carter, H. J. Nightingale, A. H. York, and the secretary, Mr J. Kiernan. An apology for absence was received from Mr H. Walden. The Greytown Borough Council wrote notifying that the gas department would cease to supply gas after March 31, 1941. The Grey! own School Committee wrote acknowledging the grant made for a special purpose. The secretary was instructed to accept the contract of O. Peterson to paint the Trust building. Accounts passed for payment amounted to £l2 Is Id. Guy Fawkes Donation. Little Thresia Boyle, of Greytown, who is nine years of age, has donated 5s to the London “Heart-to-Heart” Appeal, this being the amount she collected with her Guy Fawkes.
