ATHENS REPORT
SIX ITALIAN BOMBERS SHOT DOWN. ATTACKS ON ENEMY BASES IN ALBANIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, November 7. A communique issued in Athens states that Greek troops made a slight withdrawal in the Epirus, or coastal, sector. There was considerable air activity on both sides. The small Greek air force has again bombed Italian troops and bases and aerodromes in Albania, including Voloiia. Raiders which attacked Corinth were driven of! and six of the 20 Italian bombers were shot down by Greek fighters. The first British airman to die in the defence of Greece was buried with military honours in Athens today.
