SOUTH FEATHERSTON
EUCHRE PARTY & DANCE (“Times-Age” Special.) At the euchre party and dance held in the South Featherston ' Hall the prizes were won as follows: Ladies, Mrs Matthews 1. Mrs Simmonds 2. Men: Mr Harold Burt 1, Mr Jepsen 2. The Monte Carlo waltzes were won by Mr C. McCardle and Miss Betty Simmonds and Mr J. Cross and Miss J. Burt. The music was supplied by Mr Udy an extra being played by Mr Thorne. Mr H. Graham carried out the duties of M.C. Personal Items. Miss Betty Hammond, of Marton, is staying with Miss N. Tocker, Featherston. Miss M. Tocker has returned home after spending a short holiday in Christchurch. '
