NEUTRALITY PATROL
AMERICAN MYSTERY CRUISE. WARSHIPS AND AEROPLANES FROM KEY WEST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) NEW YORK, November 1. The entire Neutrality Patrol operating from Key West, is at sea on a secret mission. Officials decline to comment on the sudden sailings of three additional destroyers on October 31. These vessels are believed to be joining five destroyers, one seaplane-ten-der and five bombing planes which left earlier.
