FITTING OUT AS ARMED RAIDER ACCORDING TO TRAVELLERS FROM KOBE. LARGE GUNS MOUNTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) . (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) SHANGHAI, October 29. The Press reports that travellers from Kobe are saying that the German liner Scharnhorst, which took refuge at Kobe at the beginning of the war, is being fitted out as an armed raider. Several large guns have been mounted and the vessel's lines changed.
