J. R. Sheffield, professional coach to the Wellington Cricket and Football Associations, has accepted a position as chief sports master and physical drill instructor at Wellington College.

Major and Mrs Mahaffie, who have been in charge of the Masterton Salvation Army barracks for some lime, have received notice of their appointment to a similar position at Hastings.
