SUBVERSIVE CIRCULAR
ONLY ONE COPY TRACED IN DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. So far only one copy of the subversive circular (urging ballotted men to refuse military service) has been traced in Dunedin and that apparently because the ballotted man was drawn in Christchurch, though having a Dunedin address. The circular is postmarked Timaru.
