BLAIRLOGIE

PATRIOTIC DANCE AT REWANUI AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a large attendance at a dance held on Saturday night at “Rewanui,” Blairlogie, in aid of the Provincial Patriotic Fund. Visitors were present from Homewood, Tinui, Taueru and Masterton. As a result of the effort it is anticipated that between £45 and £5O will be available to the Provincial Fund. The music was supplied by Mr Jack Barnes' Rhythm Boys and the duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr J. Bradbury. Valuable assistance in organising the function was given by Messrs R. Liverton. J. Hudson and W. R. Levin. Supper was served by an energetic committee, the arrangements being in charge of a committee comprising Mrs Liverton, Misses Liverton, Peet and Morrison.
