TABLE TENNIS
WAIRARAPA ASSOCIATION COMPETITIONS. Players are reminded of the usual ortnightly B grade table tennis com>etition, of which another round will ie played tonight at 7 o’clock. The Wairarapa Table Tennis Associaion wishes to advise clubs that on 'hursday. October 10. a tournament rill be held. The proceeds will be lonated to the Patriotic Fund. The □urnament will be in the form of a earns’ competition, a team to consist f four players. Any four players may nter and need not necessarily be afliatcd to the association. Entries are ivited from all shops, offices, etc. 'he entrance fee is 4s per team or Is er player. Entries should be forwarded as soon as possible to the as□ciation secretary, Mr I. H. Coleman, 7 Worksop Road, Masterton. WINTER SPORTS CLUB. The following players will represent ie Winter Sports Club in the associaon B grade matches to be played toight:—Mesdames N. Leadley, J. Cathral, Misses O. Quin. M. Scanlon Messrs J. Catherall, D. Stevens, N. Leadley and A. Howes.
