COUNTY VACANCY MR OWEN WELCH ELECTED. ("Times-Age” Special.) Mr Owen Welch has been elected unopposed to fill the vacancy on the West Riding of the Mauriceville County Council, caused by the resignation of Mr Cecil Welch. Mr Welch’s was the only nomination received.
