SOUTH FEATHERSTON

EUCHRE PARTY (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a good attendance at the euchre party and dance held in the South Featherston Hall. The winners were as follow: —Ladies: Mrs F. R. Burt, 1; Mrs Jepsen, 2. Men: Mr N. Burt, 1; Mr A. Crawford, 2. The Monte Carlo waltzes were won by Mr Richard Viles and partner and Mr Mat. Fuge and partner. Mr V. Boyd supplied the music, and Mrs A. Gain played an extra. Mr V. Bull carried out the duties of M.C. Personal Items. Mr G. Gain Senr., has returned home after spending a holiday in Auckland. Miss Margaret Burt, of Wellington, was a weekend visitor to South Featherston.
