SCRAP MATERIAL
COLLECTION IN MASTERTON. TWO CWT. IN FIRST WEEK. The first week’s collection of nonferrous scrap material in Masterton yielded a total weight of two cwt. It appears that there is little scrap metal in Masterton, as a considerable quantity has already been collected by commercial firms. Collection of scrap will continue by the borough refuse service, and it is emphasised that even the smallest article is of value.
