BUTTONS NEEDED
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND WANTED. FOR HUSSIFS FURTHER SUPPLY OF WOOL AVAILABLE. Nearly 1400 more hussifs have been received by the Masterton Women’s Patriotic Committee and this means that about 18,000 buttons are needed to complete them. The committee would be grateful to receive donations of shirt and underpants buttons, and safety pins. A fresh supply of knitting wool has been received by the Masterton Women’s Patriotic Committee at their headquarters in the Rest Rooms, Dixon Street. __
