AGAIN DELAYED

PAN-AMERICAN CLIPPER.

EXPECTED IN AUCKLAND TODAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, September 1. As a result of a complex depression in the vicinity of New Caledonia and of fog off the New Zealand coast, the flight of Pan-American Airway’s American Clipper from Noumea to Auckland was again postponed today. An improvement in conditions along the route was reported this afternoon, and it is expected that the clipper will take off tomorrow morning, arriving at Auckland in the afternoon.

Nine passengerE were brought to Auckland from Sydney today by Tasman Empire Airways flying-boat Awarua, commanded by Captain Oscar Garden. The Awarua flew to Sydney on Saturday in 8 hours 20 minutes, and the return journey today, which was made for the most part at an altitude of 12,000 feet .occupied 8 hours 33 minutes.
