SECONDARY SCHOOL CONTEST.
DANNEVIRKE BEATS TE AUTE

DANNEVIRKE, August 28.
With its 14 —0 defeat of Te Ante College, the Dannevirke High School Rugby team completed its fifth season unbeaten in any interschool fixtures. The school has annual matches with Hastings High School and Feilding Agricultural High School, and takes part in the Scots College—Hutt Valley —Wairarapa—Dannevirke quadrangular tournament, which it has won for six consecutive years. The Te Aute match was revived this year after a lapse of 10 years. The team’s points for this season in interschool matches are: 88 for. and 23 against. TEAMS FOR SATURDAY. The following will represent Masterton seniors against Carterton in a Redmond Cup match at Carterton on Saturday: Condon. Ewington, Fisher. Goodhue, Peters. Ford, Stevens. Chappel. Boyes, Braggins, Percy (2), Scott, Barnett, ( Grey, Stewart, Guvoner, Allen, Wi/kens and Workman. A bus will lealtfe thj?
