WAIRARAPA GAMES MAHUNGA CLUB. MEDAL COMPETITION RESULTS. The following were the best scores in a medal competition played on Saturday by the lady members of the Mahunga Golf Club: — Mrs Perrin, 105-36-69; Miss O Long, 107-36-71; Miss Polson, 90-16-74; Mrs Claridge 108-34-74. The best net medal round scores returned on Saturday were:—W. Taylor 67, J. Morris 68, C. Sutherland, 68, R. B. McPherson 70, R. F. Buick 71, W. W. Hendry 71. MASTERTON CLUB HORNABROOK CUP. BEST CARDS IN FIRST ROUND. The following were the best cards in the first round of the Hornabrook Cup bogey competition:—J. P. Hornabrook, 3 up; G. Brown, 1 up; J. Coom, square; G. F. Jameson, 4 down; G. R. Falloon, 4 down; H. Bell, 4 down. RIVERSIDE PRESIDENT'S TROPHY PLAY. The Riverside Golf Club’s links were showing quite an improvement on Saturday afternoon. The fine weather experienced during the week had the desired effect, and some good cards were handed in for the second round of the president’s trophy net aggregate. Results are: — Men: G.
