A BREAKFAST DISH
SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE. Boil lib pork sausages for 10 minutes (this can be done overnight). Skin and cut into small dice. Beat 3 eggs a little, add pepper, salt, and 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley. Melt 1 dessertspoon butter in a pan, when piping hot, add mixture, and stir over gas until set. Place on buttered toast and serve at once.
