YOUR INDIVIDUALITY
REFLECTED BY ACCESSORIES. Whether your purse is fat or slim, this is the season when your imagination can run wild and with the minimum of expense you can buy an accessory wardrobe "that reflects your own personality. Joan Blondell was confiding to a little group of women on the set of “The Amazing Mr Williams” in which she co-stars with Melvyn Douglas for Columbia Pictures, about her-new accessories. For instance, she found a perfect pickup for plain coloured dresses were the tricky chocheted chenille belts, available in dozens of bright colours and designs. To go with the three belts she bought she also purchased one matching bolero jacket and two envelope purses. The final note of these ensembles was a chocheted turban, swirling like a seashell, which is decorated with a gold clip. Monograms have come in for a large share of the spotlight with Miss Blondell and these are inexpensive when purchased in metal for wearing with sports clothes, etc. Even for hats in her opinion, they are charming.
