LONGBUSH PARTIES AT COURT. JUDGE RESERVES DECISION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The hearing was concluded in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday before Mr Justice Ostler of a claim brought by Thomas Roland Eaton, farmer. Longbush, Masterton. against his neighbouring farmer. Simon Dalgleish, for £2OOO for damage allegedly caused to plaintiff's farm by an embankment erected on defendant's property and the filling in of a drain. Plaintiff also sought, an injunction to compel defendant to remove the embankment and to remove the obstruction of the drain. Mr J. D. Willis, with him Mr S. V. Gooding, appeared for Eaton and Mr H. R. Biss for Dalgleish. After hearing legal argument, his: Honour reserved his decision.
