BENEFITS INCREASED
BRITISH UNEMPLOYMENT SCHEME. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON. June 27. An unemployment insurance Bill introduced in the House of Commons provides an increase in the benefit rates by a maximum of 3s a week and also increases in contributions and extends the scheme to a large new class including those earning £420 a year.
