POTATO CAKES
FOR SATURDAY’S BREAKFAST. Separate 3 eggs and beat the yolks, add salt, pepper, and 3 cups milk. Add 21 level cups flour. 1 tablespoon butter (melted), and beat well. Now add 3 cups raw grated potatoes, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, and lastly the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake on a well-greased hot plate or girdle, and serve piping hot with crisp bacon.
