GOLF MATCH WIN FOR LOCAL TEAM. (“Times-Age” Special.) The match between Riverside and Greytown was played in showery weather. The course was very heavy. Greytown won 6 fourball games, three being all square. In the singles Greytown won 13 games to Riverside’s 6. one being all square. In the fourball J. C. Feast and B. Kiernan beat F. Pool and N. Hoar; H. W. Feast and Nelson beat Bell and Thornton; T. R. Ingley and H. R. Feast beat W. Palamontain and R. Hatch; T. Gold beat C. Anderson; Ray Ingley defaulted to J. C. Skeet; A. Lane and A. Carter beat Jones and Hume; Pope and Nix and Leigh and Carstens all square; Brice and Rhodes beat Manson and Onion; Tate and Williams beat Murdoch and Wellington; Te Whaiti and Mead and Hallam and McCalmont all square; Peterson and Everett and Knox and Dwyer all square; Torrence beat Grimwood.
