PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Mr J. Shirtcliffe has returned after his health recuperating trip to the South Island. Mr and Mrs J. H. Taverner, Senr. of Dunedin, are the guests of Mr and MrsC. Taverner. Mr and Mrs M. Hull are spending a few days with Mr and Mrs W. B. Hull, Whareama. Mr and Mrs F. G. Lewis, “Estcourt.” are visiting Wellington where they will attend the wedding of Lieutenant John Tredray. Mr John Parsonson is recovering from his arm injury. Unfortunately it was found necessary to reset the break. Movement of Stock. Large numbers of cattle are being sold, mostly for other districts. Seldom a day passes without two or three mobs of cattle, and to a lesser extent,, sheep passing through the township.
