MASTERTON BRANCH. DONATIONS ACKNOWLEDGED. There was a large attendance at a meeting held yesterday of the Masterton branch of the Red Cross Society. The convenors-wish to thank the following for donations: —Mesdames J. Caselberg and A. Hosking, loan of furniture; Mesdames T. Jordan and J. Caselberg, pyjamas; Mesdames J. J. Kennedy, B. V. Skeet, D. M. Graham, Misses S. Kennedy, Mesdames Sortain Smith and F. E. Ractliffe, new material; Mesdames S. Gawith, S. L. Free, P. 'Cooper, N. McKenzie, Wright, Kilgour, Misses Cameron and Vallance. for parcels of linen; Rakanui Women’s Institute, for a quantity of bandages, and other hospital supplies.
