A HINT TO WOMEN
DRINK YOUR WAY TO HEALTH. That sounds such a far-fetched statement, but it is remarkable just how many people ignore the vital and altogether necessary properties of that simple and inexpensive cure for all ills —water.
Many a woman despairing of facial blemishes, sluggish condition and dulled eyes, would find that the root of the trouble lies in the fact that she is simply not drinking enough water. Most of us don’t ‘remember’ to drink it, or if we do, we gulp it down as though we are fulfilling a boresome obligation. Bill Knight, make-up expert while completing Jean Arthur’s toilet on the set of Columbia’s technicolour opus “Arizona,” seriously advised: “Eight to 10 glasses of watei’ each and every day, for each and every person. This might sound a tall order, but to glow cutside you simply must glow inside, and you can’t go far wrong by adhering to the life giver that Nature supplies—water.” Try it and see; you’ll be astonished at the really marvellous results that can be obtained from so simple a remedy.
