Mrs E. R. Jenkins (sister of the bride) was matron-of-honour, and wore a mauve frock, with hat to tone and a shoulder spray of mauve heather and pink carnations. The duties of best man were carried out by Mr E. R. Jenkins. Mrs R. Latham, gowned in black and white, and Mrs F. J. Adcock, who wore a navy ensemble, received the guests at the residence of Mrs E.
