NO EXCURSION OR SPECIAL TRAINS UNTIL COAL SHORTAGE IS OVERCOME. DEFINITE INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON,- This Day. Until the Railways Department has caught up with its coal shortage, there will be no excursion trains or special trains to races, shows or similar gatherings. These instructions are definite and apply to all parts of the Dominion. The Department could give no indication today when the embargo would be removed.
