(Received This Day. 9.10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 10. The Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, indicated that he is consulting Latin-American countries concerning the status of Dutch possessions in the Western Hemisphere. He -added that he had not communicated with Japan regarding the Dutch East Indies.
