(Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) ROME, May 9. _ After a speech by Signor Mussolini, a thousand students paraded outside the German Consulate, shouting: “Down with England and France! Heil Hitler! Down with democracy!” This is the first demonstration in Rome in actual support of Germany.
