GREYTOWN
FOOTBALL CLUB WAR RECORD. ("Times-Age” Special.) The Greytown first fifteen took the field on Saturday largely composed of juniors and third grade players. Four senior players are already serving overseas and six of the present team have been accepted for service, and will enter camp in the next week or two. The pioneer club of the Wairarapa is determined to carry .on and is proud of its soldier players. Red Cross Society. The Greytown Citizens’ Committee will meet in the Borough Office on Friday evening when the national appeal for the Red Cross Society will be launched. The Mayor, Mr A. W. Horton, will preside.
