The English. French and Polish Ministers to Denmark and 70 English. 60 French and 20 Poles, including many women and children, have arrived from Copenhagen, en route to London and Paris. The members of the diplomatic party stated that German troops, estimated at 70,000. have been passing through Copenhagen during the past two days.
